Key Lock Box

With the key lock box caregivers can enter a secret code to retrieve a key for the clients home. This will allow them access to the home so they can provide the assistance you needed in an emergency. The customer can change the key lock box code at any time, to keep unwanted individuals from gaining access. 

 

Medication Reminders- FREE

Our Medication reminder will gently remind the client that it is time to take their medications. This is a FREE feature when using the In-home Buddy system. The machine will simply say “medication reminder”. At that point the client should take their medications and then push the button on the machine to turn off the reminder. This is a gentle way of making sure they have taken their medications. We can set multiple reminders for each day.

 

Well-Being Checks- FREE

Worry about a loved one throughout the day? With our FREE well-being checks we can have the client check-in by pushing a button on their machine, signaling our care center that they are doing good throughout the day. It can be a simple as pushing the button in the morning and evening.

 

Personal well-being calls

Not able to call and talk with your loved ones throughout the day? A member of the Answer-Link team will call the client 1-2 times a day and talk with them. This is a way to make sure the client is doing well. The client can choose the times when they will receive the calls. This way we can check in around the same time everyday.

 

Extra Personal Emergency Response- help buttons

Home Buddy can add multiple help buttons to any of our medical alert units. This way all individuals in the home will have help at the push of a button.
